Terms of Use

1. What Canopy is

Canopy is a portal operated by Oaktree Funding Corp. (“Oaktree,” “we,” “us”) for applying to join, onboarding into, and participating in Oaktree’s downline program, and for viewing your own production, team, and commission statements. By using Canopy you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy and E-Sign Consent.

2. Accurate information

You agree that the information you provide in your application and during onboarding is true, complete, and current, and that you will keep it up to date. Providing false information may result in your application being declined or your participation ending.

3. Your access

Members sign in with a one-time link sent to their email address. You are responsible for keeping that email account secure and for everything done through your access. Do not share sign-in links. Tell us right away at onboarding@oaktreefunding.com if you believe your access has been misused.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Canopy only for its intended purpose. You may not attempt to access other people’s information, interfere with the service, submit applications on behalf of anyone without their permission, use automated tools to submit forms, or use Canopy for any unlawful purpose.

5. Agreements control

The terms of your employment, compensation, and downline participation are set by the agreements you sign with Oaktree, not by these Terms of Use. Figures shown in Canopy (including production, team size, and commission statements) are provided for your convenience; the agreements and Oaktree’s accounting records control if there is any difference.

6. Ownership

Canopy, its design, and its content are owned by Oaktree or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them except as needed to use Canopy for its intended purpose.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

Canopy is provided “as is.” We work to keep it accurate and available but do not promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oaktree is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Canopy. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your agreements with Oaktree or under applicable law.

8. Changes

We may update Canopy and these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows the current version. Continuing to use Canopy after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
